Embassy Suites will be providing our drayage for the NCAECT Conference. Freight may be shipped directly to the hotel. There is a handling fee for the shipped items. The hotel requests that shipments should not arrive until three days before the conference begins. Please use the Drayage Order Form if you plan to ship packages to the hotel. Please complete this form and fax to Julia Whitcomb (FAX 1-704-454-1719)before you ship your packages.
